What is the difference between 'institution' and 'organisation'?

Well in general language not a bit more. But in managment terms, an organization is a consciously built collection of people ( investors, managers and employees) whio have common and specified (business or social) objective for thier surviving.

Insititution ususally reefers to govt,. Owned entities  or non profit organizations.
