Describe three types of workplace behaviors. How do they affect the organization?
There are 8 usually recognised workplace behaviour types. Three of these are commanding, drifting and attacking. Commanders like to be in charge and can be very useful or derail the whole operation; drifters are badly organised but often good with people; and attackers are very critical. Someone gets knocke off the top and they move up one space in rank/pecking order. Or you could look at like the mountain climber game on the price is right.
