They will send it in or be in some big hot Legal-Eagle boiling-pot of water! They will remit this money or be found in contempt, fraud, illegal schemes pretty much everything the opposing counsel can throw in that pot of Hot Water that will be some very thick and expensive soup before they even know what happened! They could even be jailed!

Well I have contacted my childsupport office and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do. They have been taking out the payments for 3 months and not sending it in. I have talked to my daughters dad and they keep giving him the run around at his employer saying that they mailed it and then they have mailed 3 payments and they have all bounced? I am not to sure what to do is there any advice you can give me?

Then you need to contact the court or child support department. If they are handling this for you they may have a time lag but they are the one's to contact.

I have contacted them and they tell me there is nothing that they can do! That they would send out a guide line book of how to send in payments .. I talked to a supervisor ..
