You can't get unemployment if it was your fault, I hope this doesn't sound mean but you should proofread your papers before turning them in. You can't get unemployment if you haven't worked ninety days at your job either, but since you didn't state your situation entirely, we can't really tell you.

You can only get unemployment benefits if you are not fired because of your own mistake. I don't know what really happened in your case. You may or may not get the benefits (depends on your case). You should visit your state unemployment office to know details about your case.

For smoking pot on my own time.for medical reasons, I have a medical marijuana  card. And I did not inform  my employer. Would I not be  protected with my first amendment rights to privacy with my doctor.my job is not a safety issue, I'm a outside salesman.can the state refuse me for doing something legal.
