Organizational behavior is greatly related to finance, marketing and economics. Organizational behavior studies behavior at three levels that is the individual level, the group level and the organizational level. These behaviors govern the management policies and management styles. If the finance people are getting bored with numbers all around them all the time then it would be the OB that would decide how to motivate them and keep them working. If it is marketing then OB would decide how to make the environment conducive enough for creative ideas to be floated at all three levels. If we talk of economics then how people would behave under certain inflationary situation, or under the change of interest rate all is governed by behaviors.
