Nursing homes can be characterized as non profit organizations. I believe a simple organizational structure would work best for a nursing home. I would recommend a simple functional structure whereby separate units are organized for specific functions. E.g there is a section for administration function, a section for food and beverages, a section for registration and records, a section for complaints and customer services, a section for public dealing and marketing etc. Since there is a capacity and need for small number of employees, each of these sections would have 2-5 employees according to requirements of work.
