To check the balance of your Maryland Unemployment Citibank card you can contact Citibank by calling the Customer Service helpline number at 1 800 582 4910. A full summary of your balance and spending can also be checked on the Citibank website at https://www.na.citiprepaid.com/gov/login/submit.do;jsessionid=5B848CD3D012704B46AF36BBC7D14146.op5085.

There are a number of unemployment insurance services and an abundance of information that can be accessed over the telephone. The Maryland Division of Unemployment Insurance has an automated telephone information system that can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days week. This system is also referred to as the Claimant Information Service. The telephone number that should be called by any people living in the Baltimore area or in a state other than Maryland is (41) 949 0022. The TTY number for those who are hearing impaired is (41) 767 2727. For individuals looking for the toll free number for people living in Maryland but are outside of the Baltimore calling area, the number is 1 800 827 4839. The corresponding TTY number for the hearing impaired is 1 800 827 4400. The Maryland relay number for the hearing impaired is 711.

Once you have reached the automated services you will need to press or speak the number that corresponds with the option that you will to select. Number one will take you to file a Telecert or to obtain payment information. Number two will take you to how to file an initial or reopen a claim as well as giving telephone numbers and hours of operation. Number three will take you to information on over-payments, tax forms and the Tax Refund Intercept Program, penalties or appeals. Number four will take you to address change and number five will give you the chance to speak to an operator.

Can't help you but you just did somethiong very stupid here. You just gave all your banking info to every crtiminal master mind who monitors these open websites in search of thisn exact info you listed so now either alert your bank for suspicious activity, which may happen on down the road when you have money in it, or cancel account now and start all over, before its too late. Good luck
