Factors that affecting the supply
Some of the factors affecting supply of labor are as follows:
- General age of the people in the population; a country with more graduate level people would have a higher supply for labor;
- The location of the job itself; a job located in a distant location seems less attractive to workers and the supply would hence be low;
- Qualification required; the higher the level of education and/or experience required less would be the supply; and
- Flexibility of working hours increases supply
