You would then receive a letter telling you that and then they will contact you in 30 days to hear what you have to say and then they will contact the employer to see what they have to say and THEN... Unemployment makes a decision off of the info. Given by both of you. They can give it you if they side with you or they will side with the company and then you will have to fight it. It's the same with your employer, they can fight the decision too if they want to be pricks about it. Then you wait even more time to fight the thing in a unemployment hearing.
