I would select people from the medical and scientific community, who have no predispositions in the chemical itself.
I would hope we are all being truthful, and I would request studies be commissioned on people suffering from a range of ailments among which are ones which are thought to be effected by the ingestion of the previously mentioned substance.
Also I would kind of hope, truthfully, I might be able to get some for the weekend Twilight Zone marathon, but that would all come later muahahahahahaha
