Is it easier to make a decision under a condition of risk or a condition of uncertainty?

Every action we make has a reaction. Using preventative ethics can help one to make the right decision but lets face it, we don't always know what's going to happen.

If there's something you're thinking about, something you're thinking about doing... Make sure you throw the idea around a bit before taking action. Speak to others around you. What are some of the reactions that are bound to spring from your action?

Your question has many responses. Some people are comfortable knowing that they're not taking a risk and others are all for it. This doesn't mean that they're bad nor idiotic. In my opinion, it's best to try something than to wax poetically about doing so.

Then again, it all depends on what the context is.
