There are two ways to do this. The first is probably the easiest. Simply log into your account online at any of the green dot web pages, ie greendotonline.com. Then up at the top of the page you will see several options such as account info, add funds, ect. Highlight "support" then "account settings" and click on "edit contact info". Change your info and submit it. The other way is to call the 800 number on the back of your card and have them change the address for you. Hope this helps. :D
