This is genius, I found on the site this, For heating assistance, they are putting one dollar on our bridge cards ANNUALLY. This dollar ONCE a year is supposed to help with the bills for our bad economy. This is what is wrong with this state, STUPIDITY! What the hell is a dollar supposed to do, buy half a gallon of heating fuel. This is how they spend the tax dollars I work so hard for????
