Why Do You Want To Work Here?

Make sure you do a good amount of research on this company, how long they have been in business, where the business originated. If this is your very first interview, for your very first job, then obviously you can't tell them about your past experiences. So, you tell them about your interests that relate to this job and some experience you may have had related to this job. For example, BANK TELLER : You could say, I've been a customer at this branch for x amount of years, I am very impressed with the professionalism displayed by all the employees that work here, I believe I could be an asset to this  company.

Keeping in mind I am not looking for a job I am searching for a career change. Since this airline was founded back in 1997 that tells me that there is longevity to this establishment and it is not closing the doors like you would have to possibly worry about with other airlines this day and time. That and the fact I can use the experience and training that I have had in the past 20 years which I feel would be pertinent to this position and make me a exceptional candidate not to mention you are based here in my new home town.
