Well it varies from company to company...there cud b 3-4 rounds...
First there is an introduction round in which you have you introduce urslf..you hav to tell about your qualifications your interests place etc....after that they will give you a topic on which you have to speak for 4-5 minutes withour any break...through this they will check your accent your command on language your fluency your grammatical accuracy n lot more...the thrd round is basically an online test..through this round they will check your listeng ability...the fourth is a meeting with head of human resource department in he will ask you sumthng lyk how much you r expecting your salary etc...after all thys they will select d candidate...
