Is EuroTrust AMG Legitimate Or A Scam?

It's a scam.  Anyone who has sent them any money should expect to get more scam offers in the future.

This company is engaged in mail fraud.

One of their schemes, for example, is to send notification that you've won $5,000 in a sweepstakes -- which you can claim by sending in the form -- and your name will be automatically entered into the big drawing for $50,000.

If you send in the form, they send you a check for $5,000.  You can deposit it, but it takes some time for your bank to determine that they are not going to actually receive their funds and to declare the check void.  So you deposit the check and in a day or two you get notified that you've won the big prize!  All you have to do to claim it is to pre-pay the taxes and processing fees in the amount of $3,000.

But hey, since you just deposited $5,000, you've got the money, right?

So you send them a check for $3,000.  They cash your check and fold up and disappear.  They've got your three grand, and you've got a load of bounced check fees, and no prize money.

This company runs several scams simultaneously, changing company names as they go along.  Anyone who has responded should expect to get several of these in the mail over the next few months.

If anyone does get a reply to this "offer", expect it to be a variation on the historic bonds scam.  (For more information, google "historic bond fraud".)

I hope this helps.

I recently received a report (with picture of mom & kids) soliciting a program that involves nothing more than opening a bank account, and filling out forms.  Her name is Grace Worth Co.  Oddly enough, a few days later, I received a similar solicitation from a company called EuroTrust AMG.  Much to my surprise, the PO Box # 781178  Los Angeles, CA  90016 was the same for both offers.  So I would absolutely define these letters as scams.  They are operating under different names, slightly different stories, but the end result is the same....send me $35 and I'll make you rich.  Also glad I checked this web-site before sending any money.  It does sound very intriguing and has a very different twist than most get rich letters in our mailbox, however, if you read between the lines, and do your due diligence, you WILL NOT send them any money.

To those of you that sent in the $35.
Don't let them get away with this scam.
Go to "ripoffreport.com. And file a report
on this AMG guy.  A lot of people read it!
I check Rip Off Report, before I send anyone
my money. Think I'll take my $35. And play the lotto.

Not sure if this will help or not, but anyone that has not received their "Indoctrination Manual containing everything required to get started" that was to be rushed to them via mail after receipt of their $35.00 payment should go to the Los Angeles, CA Better Business Bureau site at www.la.bbb.org.  Click on "File a Complaint" and type in the name "Euro Trust AMG".  You can file your complaint their by answering a few questions.  There are two address for this company that goes by the name "P.R. Forms".  The first address is where you mailed your check and Pre-Approved Enrollment Certificate to.  It is P.R. Forms PO Box 781178 Los Angeles, CA 90016.  The second address is what is given to you when you call the number on the back of your cancelled check, (323)218-3342, and are informed that their are receiving high call volumes and if you have questions regarding your kit, you can send them via mail to: P.R. Forms PO Box 78939 Los Angeles, CA 90016.
The BBB has them scored at an "F" rating.  Maybe if everyone who got ripped off would file a complaint, maybe we can get our money back.

The people who send these offers in many cases are just selling a booklet that tells you how to set up a mail order business. There are some other variations but most of these letters seem to come out of either Los Angeles, California, or Phoenix, Arizona and are mailed from a Post Office Box. The operators ask for $ 35.00 cash, money order, or check. The funny thing is, not a single one will make the program available to you by allowing you to use a credit card. They give you a guarantee, but try to get your money back and you have to go through a hassle. They know that with a credit card, you can dispute the charge and get it erased. I have received letters not only from Euro Trust AMG, The Secret Handshake Society, and another number of these impressive sounding companies. While I did not send any money, I know that all these are scams because all it is is information most people can't use for any purpose.

Euro Trust AMG IS a SCAM!  You can post it to all the mail order scam websites.  I sent them a check in the amount of $35 on August 25th.  I received no program and no response.  I then received the exact same offer again in the mail, so I mailed in another registration form explaining I had sent the $35 and the check number info.  They DID NOT reply.  Now it's October 5th, and I can safely say, that it is a SCAM.  Don't send them your money.  Someone needs to get in touch with USPS MAIL ORDER FRAUD Department and track down who owns this P.O. Box because whoever it is has clearly been robbing people.

This sounded good to me because it was different. I was going to try it but decided to see what I could find out on the computor first. I'm so glad I did. You can't believe anything that comes thru the mail anymore. It seems all advertising is not honest.
THANK YOU

How can anyone be so stupid to believe that a few bucks will net you "$1,360,493 in 84 days"?   Especially from a company that offers no phone number, no website, no e-Mail address, and no street address.  The solicitation includes a "Personal note from Joseph T. Whittle, CCO", apparently their chief communications officer.  The name is as phony as the rest of it.  And the included endorsements by the Wall St. Journal, etc.  Oh come on!   Send me $35 and I'll send you the deed to Florida.

I believe Euro Trust Amg is a scam just from past experience and what others on here have said. I am posting this now because I received another letter that offered something similar from a 300 Group. It was from Arizona, which on another web site said the same scammers that run AMG used sometimes. This is a scam  to make millions also from some kind of small 0.40 cent investment that you can resell for $89, several thousand times a month. The story is that this guy needs my help to keep making his money and the groups. Like he would need my little $35.00 dollars. I'm sure it;s being run by the same people, so don't fall for this one either.

Definitely a scam and I just wonder why the Postal Inspectors don't initiate an investigation based on all the victims who have reported on your web site that they were cheated out of $35?  I also wonder why the Wall Street Journal doesn't initiate legal action against these crooks for including false quotes from a non-existent news story recommending this scam?  In my own case, I would never respond to any offer that does not permit by payment with a credit card.  That way, you can always recover your loss from the credit card company.

I responded to this offer on August 3, 2009. Today is September 18 and so far nothing has been received.  My check was cashed on August 13, and on the back the stamp says EuroTrust AMG (323) 218-3342, 801 702 408 (the last number is the account at JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, Fort Worth, TX).  I called the phone number listed here and just got a recording saying they are busy and please call back.  I sent a certified letter asking where are my materials and the green card was just returned today, signed by a Dan Schwartz.  Will see what happens, but so far looks like a scam.  If it's not, they need to prove it.

I  actually sent $35 to one of them, it was the Grace Worth Co, mine just said Grace & Co, the one with the mother and child, and I received a manual after a 6 weeks wait, I think that's how long they usually take. The manual explains to you how to start a mail order business by self-addressing the envelopes with your own writing before mailing them, they say it will increase sale. I didn't have the money to invest in stamps and envelopes, so I returned it and got a refund after six weeks.

I think that wealthy people inherit money or they become the kind of people who can generate wealth. Lottery winners usually lose their money: They likely aren't talented with money. A "turnkey" way to make people rich isn't likely to drop in "randomly" in one's mailbox--why would it?    I used to get these offers all the time (this one has a wild, unusual spin--thus, I was curious): Don't we have to find our own way--given inclinations, personality, and talents? Especially now--we have to prove uniqueness, innovation, and value: Isn't that more rewarding and secure? Don't we need to find out who we are?    I'm still groping in the dark---along with most of you! I'm certain, however, that you're wasting time and money poking into this stuff, looking for a quick "fix." It's fortunate for everyone that sites such as this are available to check out businesses to see whether they are legit, fraudulent, or simply perform badly....    I've brought chain letters and such letters as this to the USPS--simply put, they don't desire to do anything about such missives brought in by "ordinary" citizens; Only massive amounts of fraud get attention from U.S. Attorneys, etc.: Only then, they push our postal service to investigate.....

I got my letter in the mail today .Everything sounded legit but I'm a skeptical person so here I am doing some reserch before I spend my hard earned $35 dollars to make someone else rich.I am glad that I did cause what I've learned from your mistakes is going to save me$35 dollars and a headache . Thanks a lot !!! PS. In real life, people arn't willing to help others to make millions .Get rich quick schemes don't work. To make Millions You gotta Think out of the box,Work hard or Play Lotto!!

Guest,

You're response rang very true to me, as I struggle with a balance between accepting that life is dull, and the notion that there are no "quick fixes" and ever having hope that the Living God can and may send significant amounts of money, leaving me with the time and freedom to help my oldest son, who is non-verbal, autistic, and bipolar. However, I am good with whatever position I am in. We all have a duty to not be reckless with the money we have and this site is a starting point,

I really don't have the answer for this question. I do know, that if you send the $35.00, they will refund your money, if your not satisfied. The reason, I can say this is because, I very rarely, not received a refund from a mail order offer. So send in your $35.00 and let us know what you think.

I want to thank all you people here for saving me $35.00. I had it ready to mail as it was a new twist and I was stupidly hopeful. Luckly I checked here first and after reading several of your comments i tore open the envelope and tore up the check.
Thanks again

From what I have read here, I would think so. I got a letter from them on Sept 9th. But I have not sent any money. And I do not plan to send any. My heart goes out to those of you who have sent your hard earned $35 and have not got a refund or your package. This is one of those buyer beware type things. So pass the word around Euro Trust will rip you off.

I received this information in the mail today and decided to do a search before trashing it.  There are scum bags out there preying on people who are going through difficult financial situations and are desperately seeking a way out.

These people have no soul; no heart; no morals; and, no ethics... I would not even entertain the idea of making them wealthy off my misery.  Think about it, $35 may be a small amount; but, multiply it by thousands of people who are out of work and it adds up quickly.

People, people....NO ONE can generate $1,360,493 in 84 days starting with $50,  Warren  Buffet, Donald Trump, Bill Gates...... It's SO enticing and sounds so plausible, but it's a good old fashioned scam dressed up to sound like something new that's "never been done before."  These guys load up on $35 deposits then change the angle, move on and do it all over again, preying on the hopes and dreams of the gullible.  It's sad.

It's hard to believe either one, the scam site poster, or too good to be true instant wealth solicitations. According to the people on these sites, almost everything is a scam. Red flags also go up for me when someone guarantees I'll make over a million bucks in 84 days or less, for $35 and a couple hours work each week.

I too sent a $35 money order over 3 months ago, and no manuel or information has been sent back to me. I didn't want to believe it was a scam, but after reading all these complaints I'm forced to come to terms with the fact that - EURO TRUST AMG is indeed A SCAM!!! So, if your curious or desperate as I was please look elsewhere for financial security and stability.

Don't know if scam or not. It appears they may respond after they receve the $1,360,493 . Reminds me of the Ponti Scheme that promised grat sums of money based on what was received..
If one doesn't receive the promised amount after 84 days, find out which flight or ship they're on.

I received the mentioned letter, please beware of the people that promise you changes (so easy) this is similar to the pyramides schemes so popular back on the 80's

if you are lucky enough to get into the scheme at the beginning, maybe you would be able to get some money out of it, but at the end, will be misleading, lying and cheating.

If someone get the million dollars in 84 days, just let me know, to congratulate him/her

We should report them. According to the U.S. Postal code, not verbatim. A product must be provided as advertised, especially when money is spent and the culprits use a U.S. Post office box.

Scam for sure. They   charge you 35.00 because that's about what it cost to place a stop payment or get financial involved., so either way you would be out of 35.00 unless you just don't send it.
