If you missed your appeal hearing you probably will not receive any benefits. Did you call the unemployment office before the scheduled meeting and explain why you could not attend the meeting. If you did not I do not believe you will have a leg to stand on... Anytime you think you will miss a meeting with anyone you should call even if it is 5 minutes before the meeting. I am afraid that you loose this time. But, you can call and try to explain.
