As A Manager, What Steps Would You Take To Motivate Your Employees After Observing Them Perform Well?

I would take the time out to personally thank each one of them for the effort and performance they displayed. Furthermore if it were within my means I may treat them to either some sort of cash bonus or another form of appreciation.
