No as long as you were legitimately unemployed. If you are actually working and collecting unemployment and the state finds out you will have to pay it back plus a fine.
I was terminated from my job on may 2008, at which time I filed for unemployment and have been receiving it ever since. I also file a suite against my employer which I have just won. My employer has been order to take me back with rector pay to date I was let go. Now my employer wants me to pay them back the unemployment money I received.
