Now I enlisted in the Air Force from what I here you get an allowance every week put on a card kinda like a debit or credit card. Its 400 dollars and you can only use it at the commissary (spell check) to buy only needed items for your training like your clothes and personal items. This is only what I heard, but I do know that you get something.
