Advantages are:
*quick decision making
*maintains discipline
*clarity
disadvantages are:
*employees are not trusted
*relies on threats
*employees have no input

The decisions in a Autocratic government are taken quickly.

The weakness oif autocracy is to lose the support of the citizen.

It allows fast decision making thus it does not slow development since a single leader can make a decision without consultation.
