What are some of the personal qualities journalist should have such as good reputation? Legitimate answer please.

I think you a journalist must should have a virtue to find out something new.This personal quality help a journalist to be the best than other.Because if you can find out something new then that new information help you to make a good news when other journalist will find the old news with old method.

So a journalist should spend more time on finding something new then may be he can be different than other.
