Yes they are paid to do their job but how they do their job is something else.

Not enough praise is given these days. Oftentimes only negativity is expressed by employers to employees. It's the number one reason for losing a great employee.....

Everyone no matter how great or diligent they are needs a good pep-talk, reward or raise.
