Credit slip= credit card.... Debit slip = debit card.
What is a credit slip and a debit slip?
When I was a teller we had credit slips and debit slips. If someone cashed a check I would keep the check as a credit to my drawer, and used a debit slip to account for the money that came out. If someone deposited cash I would use a credit slip to account for the money coming into my drawer and their deposit slip as a debit. For every credit there had to be an equal deposit to keep the drawer balanced.
