I think the Financial "headwind" as recently described by Barack Obama will occur when Greece defaults on it's Sovereign Debt loan and quite possibly Portugal thereafter, which in my opinion will be likely within the next few months. This will impact on the US economy across all sectors from industrial to financial  and from consumer spending to health care.Increasing budget deficits and over-spending without foresight of investmen or effective policies will lead to what Gerald Celente is calling "Obamageddon".

A lot will depend on the Democrats. If Obama wants to keep spending it will be soon. We have to lower our national debt. I am not remotely interested in living through a depression. Hope i have not bored you. These are just my thoughts.

Have you already pulled your money out of the bank? If we have depression the banks will probably fail because the FDIC is broke after propping up the banks last time.
