Most probably yes, as it's gambling with your money with a corporation that isn’t quite a legitimate fiduciary service of estates or trusts. A Fiduciary is a legal-termed relationship between more than two parties handing large sums of money, whether it be physical money left to a beneficiary, or real-estate, that is tied up in legalities for a duration of time. In cases such as these, lawyers and/or bank institutions generally act as power of attorney. The appointed person(s) is responsible for the property until it is made available to the beneficiary. Fiduciary Inside Circle claims to have a ‘secret’ get rich scheme, where they claim to make you millions of dollars with no capital outlay, in exchange for a small payment put forth first. The only thing they ask for in return, other than a ‘small fee’, is that you must sign a contract, in which you agree to not disclose their plan on how it is they get you your millions. For nothing more than a few dollars, it’s hard to believe they would let anyone in on what is essentially a million dollar plan. It seems that if it legitimately worked, more people would be involved. It may seem like an amazing opportunity, but in reality it’s probably an investor’s scam. It’s hard to say if other companies that provide similar fiduciary management are as suspicious as this company in question may appear. In countries such as Canada, only trust companies that are under federal legislation are permitted for fiduciary management. However in countries such as the United States and the UK, these services are made available in large qualities and are more acceptable forms of managing estates and trusts. Before you put your money into independent management, do your research first.
