Bankers have various duties to perform and most of their tasks involve serious involvement of money and cash which makes their duty quite critical. Bankers have to comply with the standard operating procedures of the bank and follow the standard rules and procedures for handling the cash. They have to deal carefully with the customers in terms of writing cheques, customer handling, and money transfer. They are not allowed to pass secret information about their bank to the other individuals in the industry. They have to be ethical and should report any fraud or unethical event taking place in the bank without the knowledge of senior and upper management.
