In privatization more workers are declared surplus and thus are fired by the company. Therefore, there is an increase in unemployment rate which will eventually increase crime rate in the society. The private companies don’t like to have their branches in ruler cities. Their services remain confined to cities where sufficient clients are available. Another negative aspect is that the privatized companies always prefer to give jobs to their friends and relatives. In this way deserving people are ignored. The main focus of privatized companies is to make profit as much as they can. There fore they give quality product and change the customers high. Such companies might not care for customer's benefit.
