What you have is probably a Bank of the United States receipt for deposit with serial number 8894. It's a very poor quality half-sized copy of a real document, and it's one of the most common fakes offered for sale. Millions of them were distributed between 1965 and 1972, and they remain a constant headache for collectors. Value? Sorry, but it's zero.
