Am I Entitled To Withdraw My 401k If I Am Terminated By My Employer?

With regards to the 401K, no you cannot withdraw it without a penalty. You must roll it over in another retirement account.
 
With regards to the total balance - It depends on the employee contribution and the term of employment.
