I do not know.  Right now I am looking at his advertisement and wonder how honest this man really is. $15,00 in 14 days, or $78,000 in 30 days Guaranteed !or a promise to make $417,830 [er month.  And all he wants is $35.00   Is there anyone out there that really make money with his system.. I hate to loose money, I am a risk taker, but ti sounds too good to be true.

I just sent a letter to them to either "send the program info" or I am going to report this as a fraudulent offer.

I received this letter in the mail   asking for  $35.00 refundable deposit  However is this another scam  ?  Who is this Elliot Mendel ?  Can not find any information  on him.need an answer asap

The info I got from a source didnt involve a bank program, it involved repeated compounded mailings and a requirement to create an information product to sell. Way to much work and investment.
