I Need To File Out Of State Unemployment. Can You Help?

Hello, My  name Rochelle Jones and am from chicago Ill, I moved to Oregon two years ago and I was getting my unemployment when I lived in chicago but It ran out I didnt get a six month extension, and  am out of work with two children to take care of  what can I do about getting a extension from my benefits from chicago?
