Interest expense is a non cash item for the simple reason that it is just an amount that is recorded as an expense. It is not something that you are ever going to have to hold, it is just a number which is recorded and sent to you; in order for you to recall and keep a record yourself.

• Bank statement

You will be able to see the interest expense that you have when you get a bank statement from the bank that you are with.

• Contacting the bank

If you think that the interest expense that you have is going to be wrong or if you want to try and find more information about it, then you can call the bank that you are with.

It is going to be best that you ensure that you have all of the contact details of your bank so you are going to be able to contact them if you ever have any problems. This is going to be the best way in which you are going to be able to get the help and the information that you need as soon as possible without having to go through too many people.

If you can get the direct help that you need as soon as you need it, it is going to be easier for you to stay in contact with the bank and keep a record of the interest expenses that has been recorded on the statement that you have.
