A combination of resources working together to convert input into output is known as system. A system exists because designing to achieve one or more objectives; we came in contact with different systems in out daily life.
Transportation system
Telephone system
Accounting system
Production system
Information system etc.
Elements of System:
Basic elements of system are as follows.
1: Output:
The outcome of processing is called out put. The output may be good information. The output is of step to specify the nature, amount, regularity of needed and to operate the system.
2: Input:
The inputs are elements (Human resources, materials, information, money etc.) that inter the system for information.
3: Processor:
Processor id the element of the system that performs the actual search foundation of input into output. It is the operational components of the system; the processor may modify the input totally or partially according to the specification of output.
4: Control:
The control is that component, which guides the system. It is decision making sub system that controls the pattern of activity, governing, input, processing and output.
5: Feedback:
In dynamic system control is achieved by feedback. Feedback measures output against the standard after the output is compared against performance, standards changes can result in the output processing and consequently the output.
