I believe if it is predictable, then studying it would mean wasting time
Behavior Is Generally Predictable So There Is No Need Of Formally Study Organizational Behavior. Why This Statement Incorrect?
Behavior is only predictable if you have studied it enough to have the ability to predict it.
Many of us study behavior in our family and the social groups we belong to or interact with. Most of us aren't able to personally study behavior of groups with different norms or with a mix of norms, so fail at predicting it. We study organizational behavior so we get better at predicting what we have never seen.

You shouldn't abbreviate OB, you should write Operational Behavior. Also, I don't know the context of this sentence but alone it sounds misinformed and under researched. Behavior is only predictable when you already know the antecedents and consequences of those behaviors.
