Because if you aren't going to act positive or act properly people aren't going to take you seriously. If you have an organization, it will be REALLY bad if you are acting negative or unproper, because then people won't want to join your organization because they might think it is unserious and that the people in the oraganization aren't taking their organization seriously or that most of the people hate their jobs in that organization. The thing is that these days nobody wants to hang out with negative people, and people ESPECIALLY don't want to hang out in an organization full of those people, and nobody wants to have an unfun job either.
