You cant get money from the ATM without the pin.
The pin is designed to protect the account from being stolen .. If you don't have it then you can not access the account .. Period. If it's your card and you can't remember your PIN number you can go to your bank and they will reset it for you.
You can't get money out of an ATM without your PIN. I would call your bank to see if they might be able to help you out.
