Usually when you get your check in the mail each month, they recommend that you contact them for automatic deposit.  I switched to automatic deposit, and find it more convenient.  The check is always there.

I do not know how old you are, but you seem to be worried about being pregnant. Stomach pains could be caused by many things. You apparently have been sexually active, and sounds like your too young to be having sex. If your not pregnant, then don't do anything to make you pregnant.
