I actually tried to answer your question by doing a little research.

I found nothing about Trump and SSI. 

Trump and social security is still restricted to general platitudes.

Like:  "We're going to fix it and fix it right."

And now the "Wall" may turn out to be additional fencing.

We'll see, sooner or later.
