I only know about the "TTIP, " The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, I think that's what you are talking about? It is a hidden agreement (being made in secret), which the USA wants to do with the EU, and a big reason why I think the UK needs to leave the EU (not that we got a choice to join in the first place).
