Cassandra, I'm not sure how old you are, but if you need help, you need to practice your speech on why you need help. You need to help people see your vision. If you can't articulate why you are so passionate about what you're doing - how can you expect anyone else to get excited about it? You need their buy-in to make it work.
Sit down and think this through. Why do you need their help? Why are you so passionate about what you're doing? Who does it help? Who would be interested? These are some questions you need to think about when preparing your spiel.
If you are school-aged, go to your parents, a teacher you trust, your siblings, find someone to listen to your speech and give you suggestions on how to improve it. Ask for their advice on how to present it and who you should be presenting this to.
If you are not school aged, then you're going to need to do some networking among your coworkers, colleagues, friends to see who you can pitch your ideas to. Good luck.
