Yes, quite a few times, usually with great results. I've used it for appliance repair parts, problems with my phone, ordering parts for my faucet, etc.

Yes, I've used them several times. Most recently for some parts for my pool filter that I couldn't find. Worked great and got the right part. Also I worked for a while as an Online PC tech so I know a little about that. I could take control of your unit and fix minor issues without anyone having to take it somewhere to be fixed. I think most of them do a good job helping customers get what they need and answering any questions.

Believe it or not, I did use it on a problem I was having with my phone with Verizon. Problem resolved within 10 minutes versus having to call in and be put on hold.

That's exactly what I was using last night. 10 minutes and they sent me a replacement device with priority shipping free of charge. The service is so much easier.

Yes - I agree. I know many people have trouble with Verizon, but generally speaking, my experience has been positive. We tried Sprint and dropped out landline, however Sprint doesn't have any towers where we live and so we weren't getting any calls inside our house.

After months of dinking around with this, I finally got them to admit that we were in a dead hole and they released us from the contract.
