How can a lawyer office send you a paper in the mail about garnishment when the judge ordered you to pay already?

... Because that paper is likely a copy of the "writ of garnishment" the court granted, when the judge made the decision.

In most states, they have to send the debtor a copy of the writ that is sent to the bank or employer.

From my experience, I know that it is very difficult to find a good lawyer. I have recently been looking for a lawyer for a very long time because I had a problem with debts. I was fired from my job and I couldn't pay off my debts. My sister advised I turned to a lawyer on this site. I was offered to file for bankruptcy.
