I was in an accident driving a car that is not mine. I was 26 weeks pregnant and I'm now 34 weeks. I need x-rays after baby.Should the person at fault insurance pay for x-rays? Am I entitled to any money since it was his fault?

It is hard for use to really say since we don't know the laws in your state/country or the circumstances or the accident, or if anyone was hurt.  If this is in the USA, you might want to consult a lawyer, for auto accidents they generally give a free consultation and help for free, just taking a percentage of any money gained.

Legally, since it isn't your fault, the other driver's insurance should be covering all and any expenses incurred resulting from the accident and your Insurance Agent should be helping you handle all this. As for any lawsuit, that could be years down the road until DRs have said youre ok to return to a normal life, if applicable.

So now it just comes down to time will tell someday, but worry more about your baby here than the accident.  Congrats on the baby and good luck

The person at fault must pay for injuries or medical attention if required due to injuries, just like they would have to pay for damage to the car you were driving and any property that may have been damaged. That is what insurance is for.  If you were injured, you need to file a claim. If you were legally driving this vehicle (whether or not it belongs to you is irrelevant) then you may have case.  If you were driving illegally they may deny your claim.
