Most of them have a lot of money. But they get in debt buying the house.
How do people afford 2 million dollar houses?
Usually executives, or founders. Or a politician.
Most people use loans or banks to gain interest.
I also wonder that. I guess as other mentioned, people in high earning careers or who have had a lucky break is my guess. There's also a small percentage of the population who are lucky enough to be born into very wealthy families, and simply inherit great wealth and beautiful homes.
I don't know how many millions it would cost, but what I've always wanted to live in (ever since I was a kid) was some sort of luxury tree house...
