I want to be a porn actor?

I find this really disturbing no offense, you should try looking into adult website, I do believe Blurtit is the wrong place to ask this question but I am sorry for judging...

I came across a short documentary-like video series on the internet a few days ago. It was about a girl in the porn industry who is known as Belle Knox. I think you should watch it before you take a step. Either way it's your choice.

Don't. Sorry for being judgemental but that's not a question and no one really cares about your plans to go into the porn industry, but it really does bother me. Think carefully before you go into something like that. Is it money, joblessness or do you just feel like it's your calling?. You seem like a very talented person and pornography is just reputation depleting. 

Don't do it, aim to be a successful young man. My opinion shouldn't really matter but like I said, think and carefully analyze the decision you are about to make. One day, you'll remember this and I just hope you aren't in the midst of regret. It's your choice, don't judge my opinion.

The porn industry is very difficult to get into, especially for men. You need to really research this because it is not the glamorous life that you think it is and you won't become a millionaire stud overnight.

Okay, granted, you get to have sex with a lot of women and in fairness, those women (and men) are regularly checked for STDs etc. However, this isn't like being alone and naked with a fantastic looking woman after a night out and a few drinks. This is a studio setting, lots of people around and someone telling you exactly what to do.

You won't be allowed to do as you please and they will keep stopping you to change angles or to do something again. During this time you have to be able to stay 'active' at all times and more specifically to 'come on command' - that isn't easy, especially after several hours and a tired crew.

The other question is do you measure up? Porn actors need to be big in the right places and have a great body. You would need to be bigger than most men and have amazing stamina to last in the industry.

Breaking into the porn industry is also difficult, but if you are sure this is for you, maybe try applying to a few directors and who knows, you may get a break. You may have to start with gay porn though or be introduced through a female porn star friend - these are two of the most common ways in which guys get started in the industry!

I would think long and hard (pardon the pun) about this as I have heard of a lot of porn 'stars' who have deeply regretted their choice of career.

I think that in order to become a good porn actor, you need to start with something easier. Try something like webcam streams. For example, I often watch webcam streams with mom live cam. This is a fairly popular site with many interesting categories, so try starting here
