A DMP stands for a couple of different things:

  1. Data Management Platform (software that, usually marketing companies, use to collect, store analyze, and use data from individuals/users).
  2. Debt Management Plan (an agreement between two parties: A debtor and any creditors, that helps the debtor pay off the money owed in a structured way that everyone agrees to)

There are many more things that DMP could stand for, here's a longer list I found: www.abbreviations.com/DMP

A data management platform is the backbone of data-driven marketing, and
serves as a unifying platform to collect, organize, and activate your
first- and third-party audience data from any source, including online,
offline, or mobile.
