Depending on your cause, you can fundraise for it. If your reason is something that people will feel truly sympathetic for, then you can hold a fundraiser either in real life or online. If that's not the reason, well...I can't exactly help you on that one then.
This is a little far-fetched, but it's a plausible suggestion: Fly to South Korea. From what I know, something like a nose job can cost around 10,000 US dollars in most places but in South Korea, it can cost 2,000 US dollars. So if you want to get a nose job and fly to South Korea (which is probably going to cost around 2,000 US dollars as well) to get the surgery there, you save about 6,000 US dollars (not including hotel and food). The prices for other kinds of plastic surgery is relatively similar in terms of how much lower the price is compared to most countries. But I don't recommend this method though, unless you have a thirst of adventure or need/want the plastic surgery that badly.
