The most important factor as I look for when I am hunting
for a job, is the position that is going to make me feel great every day, a job
that I will be happy doing on a daily basis, and that I will be successful in.
So that means I look for positions that not only applies
my skills but also I believe in the mission and the culture of the organization
and that the work that I do will be worthwhile. It will be worth waking up
doing every single day.
And I know
that when I am reaching out to people there and networking and writing a cover
letter and participating in a job interview because I am truly excited about
the position. I want to be more enthusiastic and work harder. I am more likely
to get the job in the first place.
