While you are working, you overhear a pair of employees talking. The employees are talking about another team member because he works too slowly. What would you do?

I would tell them to step it up a notch (nicely) and if it's endangering their job let them know! .... Maybe even if those two people talking made you mad tell them not everyone can be a great worker like them but atleast he's trying kinda stand up for the other worker.
